Microsoft has also announced that Viva Insights will be included in Copilot Analytics at no additional cost, enabling organizations to build advanced AI-driven reports with longer usage data sets and deeper analysis.

Site Access Review in SharePoint Advanced Management
Microsoft is introducing Site Access Review to allow SharePoint site owners to review and manage data access for overshared sites.
Key Features:
- Delegates security management to site owners instead of IT admins.
- Automatically detects and flags overshared content.
- Ensures compliance with organizational data access policies.
Admins can now initiate Site Access Reviews for up to 100 top overshared sites, sending alerts to site owners with actionable recommendations.
New Copilot Usage Reports in Microsoft 365 Admin Center
The Copilot Usage Dashboard now provides expanded AI usage insights, allowing businesses to track Copilot’s effectiveness and optimize AI adoption.
Admins can monitor:

- Average daily usage trends over 7, 30, 90, and 180 days.
